    Due to an intensive interaction with rest of the world in consequence of the globalization, the Arabic language is rapidly changing its syntax, lexicon and style. Hundreds of lexemes are borrowed from modern Arabic and are not registered in modern dictionaries. The book on hand is presenting the research results about this phenomenon and its origins. The author: Since many years, Prof. Dr. Moin Halloun works as professor for Arabic and Hebrew language at Bethlehem University. He is also Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Director of the Arabic School for Overseas Students. His fields of interest are: Semitic Languages, Classical Arabic, Media Arabic, Middle Arabic, Dialectology of Palestine and Arabic Literature.
