Also the last declaration and votes of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, concerning the late treaty of peace in York-shire. Wherin they renounce the sayd agreement as being very prejudiciall and dangerous unto the whole kiugdome [sic], that any one county should stand as newters, and withdrew themselves from the assistance of the rest. Together with the instructions, sent to Mr. Edward Hotham, and Sir Edward Rhodes, with power to them to publish it, and withall to pardon all those that shall submit within ten dayes.
