Empress of Russia's secret policy respecting Poland, explained. Manners and conduct of the French soldiery, when not on duty, described. Allied powers, their present unhappy situations stated. A war against French atheism, considered as preposterous. British fisheries and agriculture, strongly recommended. The monarchy of England considered as perfectly secure, notwithstanding the French have established their republic. Peace recommended, at this time, as a measure on which the future prosperity of this country depends -
